Based on Jordan, I worked as a Senior Network Engineer/Team Leader in the Regional Service Resource Centre (RSRC), RSRC team is a highly trained experienced team to provide support for a number of operators in the Middle East region such as KSA, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Lebanon, and Kuwait, my main responsibilities are:

• NRO "network rollout" projects support
• CS "customer support" projects support
• Network/product high & low level design.
• Pre-sale technical support during bidding stage

Actually, I worked in the following projects in Middle East region :
Project 1 (Saudi Arabia) : Senior Transmission Engineer/Team Leader
Microwave Zain Swap Project (From January, 2012 till May, 2012)
 Technical Trainer of IP over Microwave for subcontractor’s teams. ( 2 days)
 Responsible for new site and migration 2G/3G sites over Microwave NSN/Huawei

Project 2 (Lebanon) : Transport Implementation/Technical Manager
3G(HSPA+) MTC (Zain Lebanon) Project (From March, 2011 till December, 2011)
 Build Microwave Team.
 Support Product & Sales Engineer/Manager
 Trainer for all subcontractors (5 days).

 Prepare technical recommendations, guidelines, and progress reports for issues related to design and optimization of transport/MW networks.
 Provide leadership, direction, planning and unity of purpose my team.
 Identify opportunities & risks for transport part of the project in collaboration with other product Lines.

Project 3 (Qatar): Senior Transmission Engineer
Qtel Account (From December, 2010 till February, 2011)
 SDH and WDM expert for Huawei Qatar office (LLD, Design, Optimization, operation support, troubleshooting…)
 Support Level 1 & level 2 of Asian Football Cup (AFC 2011) NGWDM network in Qatar.
 Huawei Marketing and bidding department support for transport solution.
 SDH expert/consultant for E1 Marconi Swap project.
 Trainer for QTEL Network engineers for : “Huawei Transmission Management System U2000”

Project 4 (Kuwait): Senior Microwave Engineer
IP Microwave Expansion Project for 2G/3G/LTE Project for STC-Kuwait/Viva Operator (From October, 2010 till November, 2010)
 Trainer for VIVA operation team about Microwave technology. (1 day)
 Analyze the existing links and network connection.
 Coordinate with Performance and Quality engineers for Wireless KPI.
 Software upgrade of IDU/ODU.
 Link swap from RTN600 to RTN900.
 RTN900 commissioning, configuration and integration.
 Full IP RTN Service configuration (IP, Vlan, etc...)
 Integration of BTS 2G (3012) and 3G Node B (3812)
 Ensure timely planning for upgrade of the transport, and retirement of legacy networks, as per the long-term network roadmap

Project 5 (Sultanate of Oman): Senior Transport Engineer
NGTN (New Generation Transport Network) for WIMAX Project Nawras Operator (From May, 2010 till September, 2010)

 Trainer of a fresh engineer for one month duration.
 Commissioning, Acceptance and Integration of OSN1500/3500/7500 and OSN6800 for East ring.
 Support Presales department for OmanTel bidding ( Microwave and wireless)
 Communicate with Nawras engineers for planning issues.
 Service configuration.
 Coordinate with team member to achieve tasks.
 Prepare required project documents (BOQ, Site documents, technical configuration files...)

Project 1: Microwave for Wimax for "Meditel" (Orange Group ) operator
 Ensure technical training to subcontractors’ technicians.
 Supervisor of Rabat region for the whole installation and commissioning.
 Prepare technical documentations and needed documents for subcontractors and customer.
 Excellent use of Path Loss software and Establish the budget links (1+0, 1+1, SD, ..)
 Commissioning, Acceptance and Integration of RTN600/610/620 (Web LCT, T2000 )
 Service configuration for Wimax connection
 Following project progress and report to the project manager. (working as Project Controller)
 Communicate with R&D to solve difficult technical problems.

Project 2 : DWDM link Rabat - Casablanca for "INWI" operator
 Ensure the technical documents for different test
 Commissioning, Acceptance and Integration the DWDM link ( T2000, OptiX Manager, Metro 6100)
 Deploying and Testing the DWDM link.
 Coordinate with Transport and Access Roll out team during Project execution

Project 3 : The big DWDM ring in the east of Morocco for "Maroc Telecom" operator
 Supervisor of the subcontractor work.

From 1st May 2009: Responsible of the care - Troubleshooting & emergency activities - of all transmission network (SDH, NDSDH, WDM & Microwave) of both Morocco Telecom & Meditel operators.
 Install and maintain Network Monitoring System using Sybase Database on SUN Solaris10 system
(HA Veritas, T2000 server, Sun Cluster…)
 Participate in emergency activities and ensure duty 24/24 and 7/7.
 Elaborate a weekly report about the network status and performance
 Planning and optimizing DCN network for DWDM and SDH networks of Morocco Telecom.
 Install and integrate different servers to ensure supervision.
 Update and Upgrade software and supervision platform.
 Manage and respect SLA - Service Level Agreement-
 Supervisor Final Year Project for “Comparison between SDH and NGSDH, and study the implementation possibility of NG-SDH in Morocco Telecom network” for one engineer.
 Supervisor Final Year Project for “Comparison between WDM and NGWDM, and study the implementation possibility of NG-WDM in Meditel network” for one engineer.

 From October 2009 till November 2009: Design and plan the integration of eVOA ( Electonic Variable Attenuator) in the whole WDM network of Morocco Telecom.
 Site survey and Follow installation and support hardware team remotely.
 Integrate and configure eVOA boards through the NMS and in some critical sites.

I was responsible to integrate different platforms that exists to the IN system in order to check for the code errors and to make the system more efficient.

I was responsible to develop a tool for monitoring the practices CMMI ( Capability Maturity Model Integration )

I was a trainee during this periode.I was responsible of installing, configuring computers in each department. I was in IT & Care Department.It was my first contact with the professionnal world
