*Work out plans and making reports to senior management.
*Hold team meetings.
*Assign task to bank officers.
*Target customers including banks and financial institutions, corporate customers, SME and etc.
*Initial works on bringing in the customers (KYC, Account open…)
*Conduct different cases to the relevant departments.
*Client files and business files management.
*In-charge of the regional Chinese market. Maintain good relationship with all the corporate and individual customers.
*Market research and customer hunting.
*Front-lines with customer for any financial services and transactions. Which includes; receiving inquiries, complaints and suggestions from the customers and ensures that their needs are being attended accordingly,
*Handles all kinds of transactions including credit card payment, remittance, and cash advance, money receiving, utility payment, payroll service, Foreign Currency sale/purchase, cheque purchase, atc.
*Takes responsibility for reaching targets.
*Cash management.
*Trains the new employees.
