• Coordinate, discuss, and provide assistance to the classroom teacher in implementing lessons and activities in and out of the classroom.
• Facilitate activities in small differentiated groups to optimize learning.
• Observe, record, and report student progress to the classroom teacher.
• Conduct guided reading sessions, remediation lessons, and one on one interventions to student’s with learning and language needs.
• Facilitate on the daily progress of student’s home reading books, replacing it when necessary, and providing feedback to the teacher.
• Observe and facilitate student’s attention and focus during lessons, as well as maintain classroom order and discipline.
• Provide assistance in the preparing the physical structure of the classroom, decorating boards and hallways.
Prepare and implement lesson plans in accordance with the Philippine curriculum.
• Design lessons and strategies that satisfy the uniqueness of every child when it comes to their learning needs and learning styles.
• Observe, assess, record, and communicate student’s progress.
• Contribute positively within the group of fellow educators for the benefit of the school children.
• Coordinate with parents and work with them hand in hand with regards to the progress of their children.
