Gulf Bank, Kuwait - May 1998 to March 2015 (High Lights)
+ 1998 - 2000 : (Project - Replace the Core banking from CapBanc to FNS-BANCS retaining the Branch Front end system). Team lead in the development of branch front end system (BEAM) for switching the interface from the back-end core system from CapBanc to FNS-BANCS.
+ 2001 - 2004 : Automation of the manual process in 12 back-office departments. Interface these processes to new back-end system (BANCS).
Team Lead in coordinating with Internet Banking vendor (IFlex/Oracle) and IVR/CTI vendor (Servion Global systems) to provide technical specifications to interface to back-end system (BANCS) and Credit Card system (MXP). Support for implementing the same.
+ 2004 - 2011 : Support for Upgrading DOS BEAM (Branch Functionality) to Windows BEAM. Upgrade 12 back office departments from DOS BEAM to Windows BEAM. (In-house)
+ 2012 - 2014 : Upgrade Windows BEAM (Branch Front End - Client Server Architecture) to BEAM Net (Web Based system). A major project impacting the entire Gulf Bank Branch network in Kuwait. Implemented successfully and resulted in improved customer service, technology enhancement, hardware optimization and overall cost saving for the bank. Acted as an interface between the business and the vendor and ensured accuracy of business requirements.

• Project - Implementation of BEAM (Front end system) interfacing to new core banking system BANCS.

• Involved in the design, development and implementation of business requirements in BEAM.
