o Implement marketing activities: call or email suppliers on daily bases to follow up on the
progress of the marketing projects (brochures, advertisements, documentaries, e-blasts, etc…)
they were briefed on by the brand manager. Revise the work received from the suppliers and
report progress to assistant brand manager.
o Prepare weekly status report: prepare a report highlighting the assigned tasks, their progress,
and the next steps. Sit with the brand manager and marketing team on weekly bases to go
through the report.
o Prepare proposals for new ideas: initiate and pursue different marketing opportunities, study
their applicability and prepare proposals highlighting benefits and costs incurred.
o Managing the marketing budget: manages on a day to day basis the marketing budget,
prepare monthly reports on expenditure versus budget, and prepare monthly report for
expected expenditure.
o Monitor competitor activity: stay up to date with competition, do mystery shopping
visits/calls, and brief the marketing team on competitors and their activities on a constant
base.
o Attend events and exhibitions: research possible list of events to be attended, responsible for
preparing materials for different events, responsible for setup of company booth, and
attending events when needed. Prepare reports on attended events and demonstrates the
return on investment in each event.
o Prepare for heads meetings: responsible for arranging heads meeting, setting dates, preparing
and sending meeting agendas, and consolidating presentations of all the departments’ heads.
o Customers satisfactions and handling: handle angry customers, fire emails and social
media comments, prepare and proceed surveys with customers to maintain the quality
of service
o Full control of online channels: Website, social media and all kinds of company
