-Helping the company attract candidates by promoting job opportunities through the use of social media and other tactics
-Interviewing and screening applicants to determine whether they are qualified for a position
-Reviewing resumes and cover letters to determine whether candidates meet the qualifications for the position
-Conducting reference checks on candidates to ensure that they have good work ethics and experience for the job
-Participating in hiring decisions with the HR manager or supervisor
-Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure that each step is completed on schedule
-Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates to evaluate their suitability for the job
-Recommending candidates for hiring based on their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with the company culture
Evaluate CV sources and recommend the best recruitment sources
-Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment
agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
-Screen CVs, invite candidates for the selection process according to the recruitment models
Administer the tests to the shortlisted candidates and analyze, summarize and report the results
-Evaluate applicants by interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
-Prepare and send job offer and follow up on the starting date
-Prepare for the onboarding through coordination with all concerned departments and according to the
recruitment & on-boarding policy
Follow up on the orientation process of the newly hired employees
- Design, organize and supervise retirement ceremonious
- Design and organize and purchasing of the gift sets for the top-performing employees
Manage the filtration, phone interviews, HR interviews for our client
-Send the successful candidates to our clients for the technical interviews.
-Conduct background checks for our client
-Headhunt the unique talents and create a pool of candidates for c-level vacancies.
