headcount of 18000+ and an annual turnover of $1Bn. The group has diverse businesses in Civil
Engineering, MEP, Construction, Infrastructure Building, and Hospitality.

I managed corporate HR Services for all the businesses. Worked with 14 HRBP and 16 Employee
Shared Services team members provided direction and support for HR policies, Payroll, Absence
Management, Onboarding & Offboarding, Employee Relations, Rewards & Recognition.
Accomplishments
•Restructure the HR Policy manual to bring it more in line with statutory compliance.
•Initiated the project of Employee Engagement Survey after two years became a part of the business
excellence team.
•Helped in establishing the HR Call Center for employees for a direct reach to HR for their concerns.

I managed the HR activities for Subhiksha’s North Zone, which includes 150+ stores spread across 11
states. Lead a team of 18 HR FTEs to support a headcount of 1500+ employees. I provided business
heads with strategic input on work-force planning, resourcing, and performance management.

•Established and centralized the employee grievance cell and escalation matrix.
•Established the processes to ensure 100% compliance with statutory laws in each state.
