Presently associated With Axa Business Services Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager for property and casualty insurance business and handling different processes for motor claims within the GCC region.
 Proficient in managing process operations and developing procedures & service standards for implementation in GCC and Adeptness in providing guidance and leadership to staff in accordance with specified program objectives. Ability to develop a detailed plan to monitor progress, train new team and develop detailed procedures, flowcharts & measurement framework to smoothen the process.
