I am working here as SHES Training Coordinator for Qatar Gas - North Field Expansion Project. I owe the following responsibilities but not limited to:
Develop and implement SHES Training material based on the scope of work.
Identify, develop and implement SHES training solutions by analyzing incident trends and assessing employee learning needs in consultation with recognized subject matter experts and project teams.
Develop and maintain timely, well-organized curricula, lesson plans, training materials and resources.
Ensure training curricula meet regulatory and Project requirements.
Proactively identify and implement improvements in training curriculum and modules.
Coordinate SHES training schedules with department supervision and SHES Trainers.
Oversee new and transferred personnel SHES and Craft training.
Establish and implement methodologies to evaluate training effectiveness.
Audit internal SHES Trainers and modules to ensure learning quality.
Ensure that training documentation and records are maintained.
Liaise and coordinate with external training sources such as First Aid Training, Rigging, Authorized Gas Tester, Fire Warden training, Rope Rescue training etc.
I worked here as HSE Supervisor for Saudi Aramco Ras Tanura Refinery - Clean Fuels Project. I owed the following responsibilities but not limited to:
To organize safety awareness campaigns.
To give toolbox talks in Hindi, English and Urdu.
Development and implementation of Contractor’s HAZCOM Program development and site safety implementation.
Development and implementation of Safety Observation Reporting and Intervention program.
Investigate the incidents for root cause analysis (RCA).
To inspect fire fighting systems on monthly basis and place the required color code for identification.
To report the near miss to the client and investigate them. Also, to prepare closeout reports for the same.
To check work permits and manpower on daily basis and maintain a daily log of them.
To attend weekly safety walkthroughs with management and client to highlight focused issues.
To ensure materials are segregated and properly stacked with clear pedestrian and equipment access.
To ensure Health and Safety compliance with applicable Federal, Provincial Acts, Codes and Regulations.
To Manage the daily health and safety activities related to administration and field work.
I worked here as HSE Trainer for Saudi Aramco Ras Tanura Refinery - Clean Fuels Project. I owed the following responsibilities but not limited to:
Deliver Inductions and safety training to all subcontractors, internal staff and vendors.
Conduct the post-training assessments and distribute the helmet stickers and training cards after successful completion of training.
Develop HSE Training Packages in compliance with Client’s Health & Safety Manual.
Maintain the HSE Training database for the project wise.
Deliver refresher training as per Contractor Site Safety Program, or after an accident/incident, or after update in standards/procedures/statutory requirements.
Prepare weekly and monthly training reports and submit to HSSE Manager.
Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop a Training Matrix. Keep on updating the matrix as and when required. Utilize Hazard Identification Plan to update training matrix.
My duties and responsibilities were as follows but not limited to:
•Deliver NEBOSH IGC, and HSW Training courses.
•Deliver IOSH Managing Safely and Workplace Safety courses.
•Develop training packages and deliver training on the following topics but not limited to: Grit Blasting, H2S Safety, Work at Height, Fire Watch, Confined Space Entry, Electrical Safety, Behavior Based Safety Management, Defensive Driving, PTW-Permit To Work.
•Prepare daily Tutor’s report and submit to the Lead HSE Tutor.
•Conduct in house training assessments before the final exam.
•Distribute and collect feedback forms after the successful completion of training.
My duties and responsibilities were as follows but not limited to:
•To maintain and implement safety standards at rig floor and overall rig site.
•To conduct safety inspections on board the rig on an ongoing basis, including inspections of the drilling and workover operations.
•To report the accident/incident/near-misses to the Company and submit the close out reports.
•To foster a culture of safety awareness among rig personnel. Conducts sanitation inspections of the living spaces and galley work on rig floor and assist the crew members.
•To deliver training on HSE topics to the crew members and maintain their training records.
•To deliver pre-job briefing before start of work and/or a shift.
•To act as a first responder or emergency marshal in case of any emergency, accident or incident.
•To utilize both company provided safety manuals and a set of "safety lessons learned" from other rigs and company operations to facilitate training for contractor personnel.
•To prepare the accident or incident reports, near-miss reports and training records required by the drilling company.
•To inspect tools and equipment monthly and to maintain color code system to ensure that the tools and equipment are safe for use (Monthly color code system).
•To make sure all occupational health and safety parameters are being correctly followed
I worked here as GET-Process Engineer. The duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
To monitor all critical parameters such as pressure, temperature, steam flow on DCS in control room.
To oversee the effectiveness of LOTO, LOPA and P&IDs etc.
To prepare daily production reports and stock reports of chemicals.
To do production planning and coordinate with managers, and supervisors.
To take a walk-through routine safety inspection of plant area.
To sign work permits for Confined Space Entry, Work at height, Hot work etc.
To coordinate with O&M personnel on any maintenance activity.
