HIRING-
-In charge of the whole hiring process: Preparation of the JDs, Sourcing candidates, Screening Cvs, Interviews, Selection and Onboarding. ONBOARDING-
-In charge of the whole visa process. Assist new employees during process.
-Ensure that all requirements for the employee boarding are available beforehand (personal detailsfor the visa, laptop, mobile phone, sim card, business card etc.)
-Ensure newly hired employees are properly welcomed on board. OFFBOARDING -
-Ensure outgoing employees obtain exit clearances and proper handover of tasks.
-Prepare end of service calculations and ensure timely visa cancellations. PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION -
-Maintain and update the personnel data for the payroll process.
-Monitor and properly record employee attendance for the monthly payroll.
-Ensure employee leave register, ticket allowance, education allowance is properly recorded. HR ADMINISTRATION-
-Maintain and update employee files in the drive and in hard file.
-Monitor and update records of staff documents expiration (Passport, Visa, Emirates ID, driver's license and other documents). Prepare expiry dates register for the staff, add dates in the google calendar and send reminders."
-Prepare correspondence for employees.
-Correspondence with the DMCC and keep an eye on the portal for any update and expiration at the beginning of every month.
-Update employee details in DMCC portal (passport, salary, position)
-Manage the access of the biometrics for Payroll and other disciplinary policies.
-Keep records and custody of extra building and parking access cards. INSURANCE-
-Responsible for group medical insurance and property insurance.
-Properly record employee Insurance information: Renewal, Member addition, deletion etc.
-Submit, monitor and ensure reimbursement of all individual insurance claims for Board of Directors. LEGAL-
-Ensure compliance with DMCC HR laws and regulations and the representation of thecompanies in front of the free zone for all HR matters.
-Ensure compliance with UAE HR legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
-Update HR policies whenever there are changes and updates.
-Be updated with new employment laws and regulations.
-Check the DMCC portal from time to time for any update and expiration.
-Reports to the General Manager.
