- I work in a medium sized laboratory as an in-charge of lab. I perform all the diagnostic work in lab (which includes Hematology, Clinical chemistry, clinical pathology, Cytopathology) with independent reporting;
- I take care of laboratory quality management;
- Case discussions with clinicians as indicated;
- Staff training for academic & lab related issues e.g. safety, infection control etc.
