Lead the product development lifecycle using Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration based on user feedback.
Formulating Product Strategy & Roadmap in conjunction with Clients(B2c, B2B), Relationship managers, Sales(Marketing), User Research & Product Leadership
