o Responsible for liaising between all company employees and the HR Department to try and reduce employees turnover and increase communication, adhering to company’s policies and Local Labor Law
o Perform field visits to keep an open communication channel with shop employees and management
o Coach and support employees on day to day concerns, career matters, and any arising conflict within their team; handle their grievances in compliance with the Company policy and Local Labor Law
o Support employees and managers during performance review and maintain the appraisal system
o Conduct assessment programs to identify potential employees for promotion and classify gaps on skill set
o Conducting competencies based interviews for potential candidates.
o Develop personal development plans in line with the employee performance appraisal and assessment results in order to improve performance; advise the Training & Development department accordingly and ensure proper monitoring and follow up
o Implement and maintain the disciplinary action Matrix in line with applicable policies and procedures & labor law, and handle disciplinary issues accordingly
o Conduct seasonal studies on different HR metrics such as company turnover, probationary success, disciplinary actions, promotional rates and employee satisfaction survey; generate and analyze related reports and suggest action plans accordingly
o Coach managers on conflict resolution, handling employee issues, motivating subordinates and building teams, in order to increase productivity and boost employee morale
o Conduct exit interviews and facilitate the exit process including coordination of final settlement, visa cancellation, etc...
o Assist the Training & Development team in delivering trainings for the existing employees and company’s orientation to the new joiners
o Assist the recruitment team in pre-screening, shortlisting and interviewing the external applicants.

- Develop and implement store operating plans, policies and procedures in line with corporate branding in order to achieve and exceed sales and profitability objectives.
- Manage staff recruitment in order to ensure the recruitment of high caliber staff that enables the store to meet its objectives.
- Manage annual allocated budget by managing expenditure up to set limits, optimizing and reducing costs where possible and reporting variances versus budget, in order to ensure effective store cost management.
- Ensure the stock is effectively measured and controlled and manage order placement/requisitioning activities in order to maximize sales and meet stock performance objectives.
- Solve critical store operational problems including customers’ complaints, in order to ensure operational effectiveness and to increase customers’ satisfaction.
- Prepares management information reports on store performance in order to ensure that his/her brand manager has the relevant information needed to support operational decision-making.
- Prepares staff schedule in order to ensure that the Shop/Department manpower is effectively matched to the shop’s operational requirements that will enable the achievement of the highest standards of customer service at optimum cost.
- Ensures the effective communication of sales plans and targets to the Shop/Department team, managing performance, developing and motivating employees, in order to ensure the highest levels of performance and the achievement, or exceeding of sales targets.
