I was working in sales department.
Our job to handle our old clients and increase business with them.Also we have to find for new clients and close deals with them.
My duty was :
1: Finding solutions for our workshop.
2:Build a good sales team to increase our sales.
3:Monitoring our sales report( Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
4: Focusing on Marketing .
5: Solve any issues with clients.
What I did:
1: I build the good relation with our sales team.
2: Supporting our team to the maximum
3: Doing the maximum to help the sales team to increase their sales .
4: Closing many deals to increase our monthly sales.
We was distributor for herbal products in Kuwait. My role was :
1:Preparing order to our shop in Kuwait.
2: Register our products in the ministry of health.
3: Follow up our orders with our clearance broker.
4: Follow up with our dealers in Kuwait.
5: Solve all the issues with our clients.
6: Follow up with drivers to solve any issues.
7: Closing Deals with newspaper for our advertisement.
Our duty was to create sales between our clients, make our clients satisfied and build a good relation between us and our client .
Our field in toners, printers and office equipment.
