Handle all purchasing activities: competitive bidding and procurement of all equipment and materials, such as but not limited to consumables, office and facility management supplies, etc. required by the company.
•Supply sourcing, prices evaluation and materials procuring.
•Provide all cost estimating requirements for proposed construction, renovation and maintenance work.
•Payment processing: approve execution of payments in accordance with specific contractual terms and conditions for reporting.

Negotiate and close sub-deals with overseas suppliers for all the countries.

•Rate negotiation and bookings via forwarders, shipping lines and airlines.
•Assistance in quoting bids with accurate transit time, rate validity, frequency of each destination.
•Application of the Bivac and Cotecna inspections; especially for the African countries.
•Goods inspection and sample approval before order confirmation.
• Thorough follow up for the clearance process till the delivery date.
• Decrease the clearance, shipping cost and item price to insure a high profit margin.
