-Doing posters, videos and posting different job hirings for
different countries in different social media platforms.
Responsible for sourcing, hiring and recruiting applicants
depending on clients needs.
-Doing manual outbound calling and chating applicants for
interview or screening from own generated and company
leads.
-Receives inbound calls for customers inquiring about the
process, requirements and cost, provide good customer
service and request appointment for call back if applicants
are not yet available for a call.
-Doing own digital marketing like boosting own FB Page to
fulfill manpower requirements and sale.
-Offers different type of visas and services to interested and
qualified applicants and explains process of migrating in

-Receiving inbound calls from customers inquiring about their
HEALTH/LONG TERM CARE insurance such as policy
definitions, provisions, package inclusions, claims status,
policy remaining balance and all premiums related concern.
Doing outbound calls if theres an update on customers
claims, concern/issues or complaints or if there is requested

-Data Entry, provisiong orders for mobile postpaid and
internet connections and inout all customer details and order
to the system. Send back sales to sales agent if the order is
incomplete or if something needs to clarify or verify.

-Responsible in sourcing, hiring, and recruiting warehouse
staffs and keeping every employees document safe for audit.
-Doing initial interview, screening and endorsing warehouse
personnel to the training team
-Monitoring day to day operations and ensuring headcount is
completed before shift start.
-Calling stand-by reliever to complete headcount
requirements if necessary
-Issuing IRs, DAs, and initial investigation before endorsing to
HR Manager for HR hearing
-Doing timekeeping and send it to payroll for salary pay
