• Timekeeping of daily time record of site staffs and engineers.
• In charge in the registration of Biometrics log in and out of workers and timekeeping and payroll of Biometric Logs.
• Payroll checking of encoded timekeeping of HR in site versus daily time record of workers in site.
• In charge in timekeeping of workers daily time record and payroll encoding.
• Answers payroll concerns regarding payroll problems.
• Process online application of medical benefit insurance applications and updates and tax number applications and updates of newly hired employees
• In charge in computation of 13th month pay of employees
• Assigned in preparation of employment contract of newly hired workers and employee contract updates.
• Attends in Department of Labor and Employment regarding workers concerns and claims.
• Counseling of employees
