- Prepare the marketing plan and yearly budget.

- Prepared and executed the Marketing Plan of the upgraded loyalty program
- Create and activate exclusive sales promotions for loyalty programs
- Coordinate with buyers and store managers regarding market needs for all Products, materials, prices, catalogs and sales promotions
- Produce photoshoots and video shoots for catalogs, social ads, TVCs in coordination with the team and second parties
- Create and execute all kind of events & Forums
- Coordinate with all Medias (TV, Outdoor, Magazines, Online…), advertising agencies, suppliers for booking, production, preparing materials and execution
- Collaborate with brands` managers on specific marketing activities in order to improve their sales figures and increase awareness.
- Responsible on the instore implementation in all branches of all campaigns as animation, merchandising, branding, and handle all instore and outdoor events
- Prepare Sales and evaluation reports and monitor campaigns execution to track the effectiveness of each Responsible on 3 other employees ( Design, Social Media & CRM )
- Plan & Execute digital media plans to expand the reach

- Responsible on the floor with and without the manager
