• In-charge for all Deliveries (incoming and outgoing), Maintenance and Issuance of all materials in the stock.
• Preparing daily records for the received and issued materials.
• Coordinate with the supervisor for the urgent materials required at the site and workshop.
• Dealing with all the suppliers for the materials we need to be purchase.
• Co-ordinate with our Account Department for the LPO’s
• Follow-up prompt delivery of materials from the suppliers
• Preparing the time sheet for all the personnel at Production Department.
• Coordinate and assist our Production Supervisor in his work process, and distribution of the job orders came from our Design department
• In-charge for all the delivery of finished products to our Showrooms and Clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
