Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receives all incoming mails and calls from the client.
• Responsible for data input in the system.
• Prepares reporting status and audit report.
• 1ST line of contact for medical operation in the facility.
• In charge of directing the workflow of medical examination;
• Assist the patients to nurse station for assessment and medical exam.
• Gives feedback to client coordinators for conducted medical exams.
• Follow up clients employees for medical exam.
• Checks on the completeness of requested medical exam package.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care and physical screening to students; assess students and implement first aid measures for students as needed.
• Assume responsibility for appropriate assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, management, and referral activities for students.
• Implement and record required screening programs; notify parents when further medical evaluation is indicated.
• Establish and update health and immunization records.
• Prepare and maintain student clinic records and prepare required reports.
• Administer daily and PRN (as needed) medications and nursing care procedures prescribed by the student's physician.
• Initiate emergency procedures for students and staff as needed.
• Orient the staff and teach specific medical procedures for the evaluation and maintenance of the medically involved student in the classroom.
• Provide health education and anticipatory counselling.
• Follow procedures for suspected cases of child abuse and neglect.
• Act as a liaison between the school, home health department professionals, and other community agencies.
• Coordinate presentations by various agencies and professionals on pertinent health care topics for school staff.
• Maintain clinic equipment and assesses the need for consumable supplies on an annual basis.
• Perform related work as required.

• Evaluate the suppliers so they have the necessary equipment and supplies on hand when they need them.

• Meets with vendors in their own offices, at the production facilities and at trade shows. To thoroughly vet a supplier.
• Must accumulate sufficient information to make accurate buying decisions.
• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the supplier stays within the terms of the contract.
• Interact effectively with suppliers to ensure accuracy at all times.
• To track deliveries and keep the purchasing manager apprised of delays.
• Review invoices and often check them against deliverables to ensure accuracy before sending invoices on to the accounting department.
• Maintain the request for proposals and keep records of bids as they arrive.
