The Guggenheim Abu Dhabi covers nearly 79, 000 m² and includes 27 Galleries. The Museum is a development for the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism, it is iconic in nature as designed by Frank Gehry.

Responsibilities and duties:
Responsible for the provision of cost management services and management of the cost management team during all post contract stages of the project. As Director of the Abu Dhabi office, the role also includes management of existing Services and development of new opportunities.

Saudi Entertainment Ventures has a mandate to develop, invest in and operate two major theme parks, fifty cinemas and twenty entertainment complexes in fourteen key cities in Saudi Arabia.

Responsible for pre and post contract commercial functions within the delivery department including (but not limited to) the preparation of project budgets, portfolio CAPEX and OPEX budgets, masterplan estimates, cashflows and tender and contract documents alongside the management of payments. Also responsible for the standardization of commercial documentation including construction and consultancy tender and contract documents.

Responsible for the procurement (prequalification, tender, negotiation, approval, and award) of the construction works and consultancy services and management of the procurement team.

Managing the commercial department, overseeing all construction and consultancy related pre and post contract commercial functions and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
Key duties included:
• Prequalification, tender, negotiation, approval and award of all construction works and all consultancy services for several masterplan developments;
• Establish and maintain masterplan, project and consultancy budgets;
• Prepare and develop standard construction and consultancy tender and contract documents;
• Manage existing contracts and all post contract commercial activities;
• Prepare commercial policies and procedures and satisfy audit requirements.

Responsible for the provision of quantity surveying and contract management services on site for the Louvre Abu Dhabi project, a AED 2.5 Billion development for Tourism Development & Investment Company.

Responsibilities included the provision of services and the management of a team of quantity surveyors. The role was independent with occasional reporting to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities included the provision of pre and post contract quantity surveying and contract management services predominantly for Emaar Properties PJSC (Emaar) in Dubai and the middle east region and Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) in Abu Dhabi, alongside the development of further business.
