• Attends to customer inquiries and explains product specification, functions, pricing, and payment methods to existing or potential customers
• Assist customers in selecting the best suited to their needs up to delivery of the unit
• Makes telephone calls and in-person visits to current clients and prospective buyers to develop and maintains business relationships
• Maintains customer information and regularly updates the database
• Prepares quotations for customers along with the requirements in buying motorcycles
• Conducts background and credit investigations to prospective buyers
• Carry out collection strategies and ensures timely payment of customers to support the branch monthly collection performance especially in the assigned area
• Keeps aware of the product specifications, technical services, market trends and monitors competitor activities and promotions
• Participates in events in the area for displays
• Ensures that all motorcycles in the showroom as well as company service motorcycles are well maintained
• Assists the Branch Manager in his daily activities and performs all other duties as assigned from time to time
• Greets and assists customers on the shop to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve maximum sales
• Arranges and displays merchandise and ensures that the shop and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Replenishes stocks on the store on an ongoing basis in order to ensure maximum variety and size availability at all times
• Watches for security risks and thefts to prevent the situation in order to minimize losses
• Responsible for receiving new merchandise and goods and to inspect incoming orders and store them appropriately
• Keeps record of product movement (received and sold items) for stock inventory
• Receives and inspects all incoming materials, verifies with purchase orders and check possible damages or discrepancies
• Storing and issuing of supplies or equipments to designated areas
• Records the number and kind of supplies for inventory purposes
• Checks the supplies from time to time and secure its status
• Inventory supplies and equipments on a quarterly basis
• Maintains the warehouse and store area in a neat and orderly manner
