Calculate pre-ROI and post-ROI for promotions
Preparation, computation, and compilation of feasible quotations for tenders, offers to clients or dealers/agents in timely manner. Handle 6 GCC countries
Keep track of all projects handled for future revalidations. Maintain all relevant reports like stock reports, back orders reports, purchase prices
In charge of ordering catalogues (Brochures, datasheets) and insuring availability of stock.
Handle first phase of Orders and control enabling further processing by Logistics team.

Oversee the administration, implementation & data maintenance of sales support Software (Share)
Enter customer orders, issue customer invoices, and issue internal & external P.O. requisitions
Assist the manager with entering data in SAP. Monitor orders and contracts and check for any mistakes.
Assist with the monthly planning of Ultrasound Units Order income and turn over.
