1. Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
2. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls both domestic and international, as
well as routing them.
3. Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
4. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
5. Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers effectively.
6. Identify and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Stay informed about updates, changes, and new services to better assist customers.
8. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are always in good working order and fully stocked.
9. Develop and maintain filing systems, both paper and electronic, ensuring that all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
10. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
