Sales
1-Preparing of Bill of Quantity, Cost Estimation, Quotation, Proposal, Tender, Pre-Qualification Documents.
2-Updating the list of received Purchase Order and preparing of Sales Report at the end of the month
3-Coordinate with Accounts and Technical Team regarding sales/project/support.
Studying projects
Supervising daily schedule for the maintenance team
Issuing claims related to defected materials to the suppliers

Almost 3 years ago I have started my work at Simac company as an administrative assistant in the technical /automation department. Few months later I have found myself deeply engaged in sales (issuing offers, dispatching materials from the warehouse, scheduling the technicians interventions on site, invoicing the projects, following up on the quotations, receiving a request and proposing solutions... ). I also had to issue claims related to all the defected materials to be submitted to the supplier. on the other hand, I had to work on the maintenance contract with clients..
It was so hard for me at the beginning to get used to this type of work, and to be able to work under stress/pressure and in a very enthusiastic environment, but now I have reached a point in which I am able to seek my teeth into all the administrative positions. I have also acquired a status of high professionalism thanks to my Manager who helped me at the beginning of my work to become an independent entity in the company.
