During my attachment at Bahari Beach Hotel, I gained practical experience in various hospitality operations, with a strong focus on food and beverage service and food and beverage costing. This exposure helped me understand cost control, portion management, and maintaining profitability while ensuring quality service delivery.
I also developed hands-on skills in customer service, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced hotel environment. Through this experience, I became more confident in applying theoretical knowledge to real operational settings.
I am currently awaiting graduation and actively preparing myself for entry-level opportunities. I am ready for relocation and open to working in international hospitality environments where I can further grow my skills and contribute effectively to the organization.

I have gained practical kitchen experience through my attachment and work exposure at Cold Springs Hotel, Homa Bay, where I developed skills in food preparation, kitchen operations, food safety, stock control, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment. I have worked closely with kitchen staff in food production and service, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction. My experience has strengthened my ability to work under pressure, follow recipes and hygiene procedures, and contribute effectively to daily kitchen operations. I am eager to continue growing my culinary and hospitality career and am open to relocation opportunities

I gained practical experience in Procurement and Stores Management during my attachment at Cold Springs Hotel in Homa Bay. My responsibilities included assisting with purchasing processes, monitoring inventory levels, receiving and verifying deliveries, maintaining stock records, and ensuring proper storage of supplies. I worked closely with different departments to support timely procurement of goods and services while helping maintain cost control and operational efficiency. This experience strengthened my organizational, record-keeping, communication, and problem-solving skills, and gave me a solid understanding of procurement procedures within the hospitality industry. I am eager to apply these skills in a professional environment and contribute effectively to organizational success.
