To understand and be in a position to action any group and events enquiries and ensure accurate hand over and follow up to all hotel departments or being present during the event at the property to make live co-ordination with all the concerned which also develops the operational exposure.
*Attending trade fairs and road shows, ensuring that the quality image of the organization is portrayed, and that every opportunity is taken to promote the Hotel.
*To take personal responsibility for understanding the Marketing plan of the Hotel and the required budgetary guidelines, to enable empowered decisions in all rate negotiations.
*To actively support the Sales Manager, the Assistant Manager and the Sales coordinator to assist them to carry out their roles effectively.
*To ensure that the Sales meetings takes place regularly and is attended by all the team.
*Responsible for submitting budget figures based on Account by Account report.
*Participating & consolidating figures and Data to submit the annual Business Plan.
*Responsible for submitting monthly Actions & Action Plans to DOSM.
