• Monitoring of the status of the request for proposal request for information, purchase
orders and change orders until rejected, approved or submitted.
• Assuring that material/services will be delivered on schedule at a negotiated price and
meet required manufacturing quality standards.
• Initiating necessary action to ensure the best value is received, costumer delivery
requirements are met and addressing any manufacturing problems at the suppliers facility.
• Negotiating lowest possible cost for quality, balance against optimum quality and
schedule needs.
• Responsible for the inventory management for assigned parts and processes required to
ensure material input to support costumer requirement.
• Coordinating planning and scheduling activities for assigned commodities utilizing
advance planning tools to model, simulate and release optimized material plan.
• Coordinating methodologies to balance service level inventory and resource utilization
using advance planning tools.
• Data analysis and collaboration in the determination and the subsequent application of
appropriate order, inventory and replenishment policies.
• Receiving complaints and resolve problems.
• Maintaining timekeeping and personnel records.
• Passing on information from upper management to employees and vise versa.
• Ensuring adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake
disciplinary actions if the need arise.

• Ensuring smooth flow, orderliness, and cleanliness.
• Creating a positive store image through adherence.
• Completing store daily and weekly status reports, including sales, costumer service,
stock status, and merchandising.
