customer order requirement thru ERP SYSTEM

Processing of Confirmed Orders, Inventory check and Production Planning
Preparing Pre shipment and Post Shipment Documentation associated with Invoicing, Packing list Commercial invoice and LC Documentation.
Confirmations of Shipping Schedule consist of Vessel Details based on its Schedule from the Country of Origin to its destination. This process includes the article related to its consignment
Updating order statuses to the customer & follow up for a new order,
Sending all shipment details status and documents to customers prior to its approval associated with the payment procedure.
Processing of customer complaint.Follow up customer complaint report from concern department and update the status of corrective action. And process compensation if necessary.
Preparing daily loading list/dispatch plan and releasing order from ERP SYSTEM
Batch House/Batch Plant
Duties and Responsibilities : Making daily raw material delivery report
Update of all raw material stock, raising alarm to
Batch House supervisor once raw material reaches its critical stock level
Ensuring that the raw material warehouses is being kept with good
house keeping and good visual management.
Counter check the delivery notes in any raw material being received
with the actual purchase order.
Keep the record of all raw material issuances given to production
Make the necessary material receipts report and ensured it is being
validated thru the system.
Keep the record of all deliveries in term of supplier and raw material.
Counter check all the invoices with the actual receiving records before
Submitting to the finance for payments
Perform other functions that may be assigned by the supervisor .
