Lusail City - Lusail City is the biggest master planned development under construction in Qatar, it is the most complex civil engineering project undertaken in the Middle East. Tanween is the development management team responsible for driving the project till completion. My team and I are responsible to undertake comprehensive market research, demand - supply analysis, absorption models and land valuation (acting as internal appraiser).
Barwa Qatar Real Estate Portfolio - Assignment involved complex financial modelling, forecasting and reports. These reports and models are regularly updated as per the market movement.
Qatari Diar Local Portfolio - This portfolio opportunity required detailed study of Qatar Real Estate Market, government allocation of lands, proposed master planned development and planning guidelines; finally land valuation for Tanween to submit a business plan for each project development.
Responsible for real estate research; feasibility studies pan MENA Region with a main focus on investment in land and buildings for clients across the GCC region.
Developed and delivered presentations as well as deliverables for client’s engagement.
Involved in land acquisition activities: observe properties to find damage, locate property owners, negotiate property settlements, and make sure properties meet legal requirements before being sold or rented out by new owners.
Other responsibilities included overseeing the qualitative and quantitative research process, including: needs assessments, development of ideal product mix, customer segmentation, competitive assessment, market sizing and creating demand assessment models.
Assisted with various concept development/recommendations for key projects in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia leading to best use recommendations in terms of uses, market positioning, scale, density, layout and tenure.
Worked with top companies in Bahrain and around the Middle East region to identify research opportunities like; segment marketing to provide in-depth knowledge, insights and research into customer purchasing behaviour and providing feedback to sales & product management, study consumer’s preferences on effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts, etc.
Handled projects in the financial, automobiles sectors and also government agencies conducting customer satisfaction surveys, feasibility studies, mystery shopper’s surveys, demand assessments etc.
Assigned responsibilities for conducting focus group/in-depth interviews and accountable for projective techniques and survey design.
Responsible for analysing vertical industry areas, business drivers and designing IT solutions to help companies improve their operational efficiencies and gain competitive advantage.
