Duties;
• Identification and procurement of Subject Matter Experts (SME)
• Preparing and managing bid and implementation programme documentation / process
• Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the programme including supplier base, pedigree and the use of internal and external resources
• Managing multi disciplined and cultural teams in Saudi Arabia and United Kingdom
• Conducting sub contractor analysis and contract negotiations
• Writing detailed and summarized programme development reports
• Tracking activities against the Project / Programme plans
• Monitoring and control of actual expenditure figures against project budgets (EVA)
• Organizing and facilitating programme steering / operating committees meetings
• Compiling detailed programme reports to meet business acquisition strategy.

Key Achievement: Satellite Communications Capability, initiated, planned, executed and managed requirements and expectations to meet contractual milestones. Provided programme stakeholders with accurate reporting including cost CPI and Schedule SPI performance. Regular detailed programme presentations delivered to board level stakeholders. Assisting with the career development of three Saudi Nationals to be promoted from Project officers to Project Managers

• Managed Programme in excess of $80m
• Ensuring the Programme and projects were designed and executed using current industry approved standards, JSP 440 / 480 and TIA 942
• Regular Programme risk management meetings
• Network and Communications primary liaison within consortium board level directors
• Maintaining and completing Project Key Performance Indicators
• Organizing and facilitating Programme Steering / operating committees meetings
• Construction and management of Work Breakdown Structures
• Writing detailed and summarized Programme development plans and reports utilizing PMI methodology
• Identifying, costing and processing any contract variations

Key Achievement: Successfully Delivered 18 Restricted/Secret collocated Data Centre's ahead of scheduling and allocated budget by 5.4%
Delivered 2 above secret Data Centre's infrastructures in highly secure challenging locations that were adaptable for future expansion to accommodate the evolving system hardware, this enabled the Programme to be leveled across the consortium partners.
