• Create budgets for upcoming projects; taking into consideration the requirements of Men, Machine, Materials and other expenses that would have to be incurred.
• Maintain and update costs of each on going project and ascertain costs over the allocated budget; prepare plan to complete the project within the budget lines.

• Developing news-letters related to monthly standings of sample transactions in compliance with risk incidents and forwarded the same to stake-holders
• Managing escalation mailbox for process related queries, errors and updates
