I am responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process where I do the below:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications accordingly.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback from interviewers, and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages and extending offers to selected candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisitions
