• Performance Measurement & Evaluation of all departments. To Report deficiencies and recommend corrective actions to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Development of Internal control policies to promote efficiency, safeguard the Company’s assets, and monitor compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures
• In depth Variance analysis of all cost factors of Production & Operations departments.
• Internal quantitative and qualitative audits engagements to ensure effectiveness of controls and liaison with external auditors.
• Analysis, preparation and Budgets of all departments.
• Working as project coordinator with Production, Operations and Sales Department.
• Close liaison with the Sales & Marketing, Production & Operations department, Suppliers and company distributors regarding commercial activities of the company.
• To develop and maintain data bases of all company related transactions/operations and to provide customized reports as required by the higher management for strategic decision making
• Management of all IT related activities within the Organization such as;
 IT Hardware Procurement and Network Support (with strength of four people)
 Data Base administration (with strength of two people)
 In-house Software development with strength of 8 people.
