Reviews all IT staff work schedules, and request for changes thereof.
Arrange and attends meetings, taking minutes if necessary
Undertake all word processing that is required
Undertake all filing that is required
Contacts service personnel over appropriate communication methods to obtain or give information and directions regarding service or installation activities.
Prepares written reports on- demand for problems encountered: stating the current of the problem, cause of the problem, solution applied and measures taken to prevent the recurrence of the said problem.
