Implementation of the Client Procedures, Safety Health Program, work methods, work permit system and fire prevention programs. In compliance with the Client Schedule “D” Manual, Construction Safety Manual, General Instructions, Engineering Standards, and Sanitary Code.
Accomplish Project HSE Reports (daily, weekly, monthly & urgent HSE report) and assist HSE Manager for making Project HSE Procedures.
Determine records; analyze the causes and information in accident, incident, near misses, injuries, fire prevention, hazard identification, damages and production loss in order to prevent re-occurrence.
Attend the progress meeting where HSE is an item on the agenda and report on work HSE performance.
Responsible for daily enforcement of the HSE and loss prevention program among field workforce by monitoring to meet the contractual obligations and ensure accident free working conditions.
Emphasize in promoting an “Accident Free Project” within the pipeline, plants, construction and road projects.
Enforce inspection for all HSE equipments and other HSE requirements.
Carry out HSE induction/orientation, TBT & HSE meeting, ALL in-house training, safe driving practices and implementation the use of personal protective equipment (P.P.E) on all level.
Set as a personal example at all times.
