- Make the necessary modifications to the drawings and return them to the
consultant for review and approval.

- Prepare drawings according to nature as-built drawings.
- Preparing contractor payment requests and prepare all paperwork and
project reports.
- Conducting correspondence and correspondence with all parties to the project.
- Save all project files from documents, correspondence, meeting minutes,
reports, paintings, and abstracts in the technical office.
- Document the delivery and receipt of documents, correspondence, and
paintings among all employees.

being carried out as per the scope, design drawings, specifications & meeting
planned dates as per schedules.
- Ensure that Communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the
engineers/Contractors and Sub-Contractor’s
