Processing Payroll for all the staff of the private office and palace at all locations (1200 staff).
•Verify and validate timekeeping data submitted for each pay period.
•Ensure Time & Attendance records are submitted on every employee within established deadlines.
•Process the leave salaries of employees as per the eligibility and organizational policy.
•Record and process employee benefits on monthly basis as per the eligibility ( Air Ticket Entitlement, Housing, Furniture, School and Mobile Allowance)
•Processes terminations, status changes, deductions, retroactive adjustments, deductions, and special pays.
•Analyzes, prepares and inputs payroll data using automated system to produce accurate and timely payroll
Recruitment & Onboarding

•Sourcing resumes for vacant positions
•Scheduling interview for short listed candidates
•Preparing documents and Coordinating with candidate to send the appointment letter, and receive the documents to complete the hiring process
•Liaising with the Security and PR Department for security clearance, employment visa and medical process till the residence visa and emirates ID is issued for the employee.
•Conducting Induction for new employees explaining the policies and procedures of the office.
•Encoding the details of the staff on the system and preparing their personal files.
Other Responsibilities

•Responsible for opening (Joiner) and closing (Leaver) of employees file.
•Prepare the documents for the newly hired employees.
•Prepare all joining formalities for new joiners.
•Responsible of updating employees file on a regular basis.
•Handles attendance reports on monthly basis.
•Prepare and monitor employee service order list on regular basis.
•Process letters and other employees request on daily basis.
•Process and update on timely manner the employees’ benefits as per the schedule.
•Handles monthly employee of the month and to finalize as per the schedule.
•Prepare summary of the daman invoices on monthly basis
•Prepare HR reports on timely manner.
•Prepare and monitors employee loan request.
•Process and monitor employees FAZAA.
•Monitor and process employees’ probation reviews.
•Prepare HR announcements.
•Act as the HR admin for any related matters that need to attend to.
•Update and maintain HR files.
•Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, and filing.
•Action status of the HR applicants.
•Monthly update of the notice board, wall of fame and other HR walls.
•Responsible in distributing files to other department and monitor the status.
•Monitor the accommodation Masterlist for all the locations.
•Assist in planning HR related trainings.
•Monitor and facilitate in the monthly training activities.
•Participates and support for any HR related activities.
•Monitor HR calendar of events
•Promotes and support improvements for the HR department.
•Other works as instructed by the department head.
