Located initially in the main EPC Contractor's Office, achievements include

PRE-FEED/FEED/ENGINEERING
• Advise and recommend approach and direction for construction systems, site development and layout, infrastructure requirements and safety in construction
• Set up of construction systems for project execution - construction safety, constructability, resource allocation
• Review and approval responsibility in a team environment, for the design drawings, specifications and calculations associated with the civil and structural disciplines of the LNG plant expansion including land reclamation, jetty construction, process facilities, storage facilities and all facilities and structures in structural steel, concrete and earthworks associated with a natural gas production facility and pipeline inlet area
• Overall project management of the civil discipline input to the project.
• Communication with all other disciplines to ensure integrity and functionality of all civil and structural design.
• Represent the Client company in team negotiations with the main EPC Contractor, environmental permitting, governmental and independent design certification agencies
• Seismic design research and review of main contractor's methodology and development of the Client project seismic approach and standards of design.
