- Support the Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) Team in effective and timely resolving quality incidents primarily received from Automotive and Strategic customers which involve both critical and non-critical issues that are known to both Microchip and its customers.
- Product Quality Owner who is responsible for overseeing and evaluating product health data from external customers. Initiate measures to enhance the customer experience in relation to the quality of our company's products.
- Manages and generates the 8D report for any issues related to 8-bit Microcontrollers and Radio Frequency Automotive devices.
- Communicate and coordinate requests for failure analysis, root cause investigation, and identification of corrective and preventive measures with the relevant teams. Identify and manage prioritization of submitted requests and ensure prompt intervention when necessary.
- Represent as the "Voice of the Customer” who provides communication from internal to external customers. Handle quality incidents and manage feedback concerning customer satisfaction ratings, areas for ongoing improvement, and requests for audits or visits.
- Support the Quality Manager, Customer Quality Management Team, and Sales ingenerating quarterly operational reviews or customer-facing reports/data for executive management or customer evaluations and presentations.
- Providing Supplier Quality Engineering support to all non-automotive devices, specifically in terms of managing customer interactions concerning the results of failure analysis.
- Managing the customer portal for automotive and strategic customers. Ensuring the timely upload of reports to the customer database.
- Assist the CQE Automated Test Equipment (ATE) team by conducting electrical verification and performing I/V curve trace analysis.
- Assist in the successful completion of projects or initiatives that have impacts for our department and potentially other groups or functions, by diligently completing tasks assigned by the project leader.
- Installation, Commissioning, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Roller Conveyor System in Qatar Duty-Free Warehouse and In-Flight Duty-Free, Hamad International Airport Cargo and Qatar Airways Aircraft Maintenance Hangar.
- Installation, Commissioning, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Belt and Chain Conveyor System in Qatar Duty-Free Warehouse.
- Installation, Commissioning, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS-Stacker Crane) in Qatar Duty-Free Warehouse, Hamad International Airport Cargo, and Qatar Airways Aircraft Maintenance Hangar.
- Responsible for the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of LINDE material handling equipment such as VNA (Very narrow aisle), Reach Truck, Electric Counterbalance, Order Picker, Electric Pallet Stacker, and Manual Jack Lift. Have basic knowledge of the operation and calibration of MHE.
- Knowledgeable in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) operation for item storing, requesting, and item dispatching.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Daifuku Storage and Retrieval equipment and Combipack Automatic Wrapping Machine.
Machine (Stacker Crane) and STV Sorting Transfer Vehicle. Have basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers.
- Have basic knowledge of HMI and SCADA systems, MOS (Monitoring and Operation System), and MFC (Material flow Control) systems.

- Responsible for the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Custom Cargo X-ray systems such as Gantry 6.0 & 4.5 Mev, Smiths
Heimann Cargo Vision Mobile, and Smiths Heimann Hitrax series.
- Responsible for the X-ray machine start-up/shutdown and assisted custom daily operation for possible machine trouble.
- Responsible for the X-ray calibration and motion - calibration using the Syptpro program plc motion calibration.
- Responsible for the daily computer virus scanning on RCU, HMI, IDB, and IIS computers for possible computer virus problems.
- Provides immediate support on model set-up involving electromechanical fixtures and related structures. Helps maintain the functionality of line equipment and tools to ensure a continuous production run.
- On-time diagnosis of defective machines/tools. Provides details involving the initial cause of trouble and possible countermeasures to be implemented in order to reduce or eliminate re-occurrence.
