•Prepared and analysed all the overseas shipment inbound and outbound across the two subsidiary companies of Glass LLC (Emirates Glass LLC & Lumi Glass Industries)
•Negotiation with shipping lines & shipping Agencies(Import &Export)
•Closing deals and setting rates
•Corresponding with suppliers for all relevant shipping and insurance information
•Supervising all position related cases on daily basis (Stores & Dispatch)

•Supervise the clearance procedure and control all the chargers
•Improved risk management by developing new vendors and be improving contracts with current suppliers.
•Manage and control all the inbound and outbound insurance claims.
