This post reports directly to the Board. It is responsible for four (4) National Account Directors and all staff hired for each Project (from 15 to 100 people). Budget: up to US$400K per event.
Main Responsibilities:
-Formulation and implementation of marketing strategies focused on meeting the goals of each client.
-Create high-impact events with creative concepts related to the objectives of each client.
-Develop and coordinate the implementation of platforms activation of each brand.
-Budget Management of each client and procurement, control and direct hiring of all the suppliers involved in each project.
-Realization of massive concerts being responsible for the sponsorships strategies and for the PR plan (from 1K up to 95K attendees).
-Exclusive-Management of the Colombian artist "mauricio & palodeagua" to the world.
Most outstanding achievements:
-Helped position-leading brands in the market by increasing the market share of each, through exclusives events:
*Nationwide launch events: the brand KOOL from BAT, increased its market share from 5% to 18% and became the No. 1 brand into the youth segment in Colombia. 85k people impacted.
*Nationwide events: the brand SERETIDE from GSK positioned itself as a leader in the segment of products for asthma and its market share increased by 13%. The event was recognized as the highest impact in the medical field. 5K people impacted.
-Formulation and implementation of the marketing strategy for the artist "mauricio & palodeagua" making its position as one of the most important artists of the country between 2004 and 2011. His genre called "Tropical Fusion", reached a market share of 87%.
