Mr. Keir joined Booz Allen Hamilton in November of 2014 as a Senior Consultant specializing in data science and has worked on a number of internal projects. He is currently helping the firm develop its plan for an Analytics College, which would provide training opportunities in data analytics for employees.
Mr. Keir has supported the Market Intelligence Group in a number of short-term projects, including Project Elizabeth, which assessed Booz Allen’s likely competitors for a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau contract. He conducted market research, data analysis, data visualization, and contributed to the project’s final presentation.
Mr. Keir has also been working in developing an Excel-based model for evaluating small business candidates for Booz Allen’s Mentor-Protégé Program. The model ranks potential candidates based on a set of criteria, weighting, and standardizing figures. He has also been using Excel to produce graphs of the data.
Mr. Keir is leveraging his experience in the Persian Gulf in support of the Middle East and North Africa Forum. He is currently preparing the presentation for the Forum’s company-wide Spring 2015 meeting. He is also arranging the meeting’s logistics.

• Develop machine learning statistical algorithms to develop a predictive model of political behavior.
• Translate and summarize Persian-language publications and television broadcasts.
