• Evaluate performance of suppliers against monthly collection of sales to align production plan & procurement cycle in compliance to organizational policies and procedures.
• Define and implement policies and procedures for the purchasing department encompassing warehouses, transportation & installation services, customer service and sales coordination.
• Assess service pricing and maintain updated inventory through automatic re-order of the stock. Optimize organizational expenses for rescheduling housing allowances
• Set up action plan for after sales services (customer service - maintenance and warranty). Draft and implement agreement between the new Supply Chain department and brands (SLA).
• Prepare and present supply chain reports for the senior management and other stakeholders to realign policy decisions to changing market dynamics and other related factors.
