Duties & Responsibilities in the current role :

Manage the total D&SP role for Nestlé Professionals, to ensure right stocks at the right time. Manage Working Capital, ensure all KPI’s are on track, all new investments including production and also Vending Machines are placed at the right venues. Ensure a robust demand plan and accurate supplies to all DC’s. One face to the business and reporting to the BEM of Nestlé Professionals.

Monitoring and analysing master schedule attainment, capacity resource planning of factories, Line efficiencies/speeds, capacity utilisation etc.

Organising shipments, planning production, coordination end to end from production to supply to the end customer.

Operating IT systems to manage timings, cost and stock levels.

Analysing data to assess performance, discover logistical problems and devise plans for improvement.

Negotiating and agreeing contracts.
