Interface between NCAA and Intels Nigeria Ltd for renewal of company permits for non commercial flights(PNCF) through NCAA.
Processing overflights permits for INTELS NIGERIA LTD business jets all over the world.
Coordinate filing of ICAO Flight plans for all INTELS NIGERIA LTD Business jets.
Coordinate protcol services for Intels Nigeria Ltd VIPS, guests and staff for both departure and arrival.
Process visas for all Intels staff on approved business trips. Develop and manage relationship at frequently visited Embassies. Maintain updated records of requirement at each Embassy.
Manage company’s expatriate quota and ensure compliance with all immigration reqirements; such as monthly return, resolve queries, renew resident permits, delete exited expats from quota etc.
Manage and supervise the activities of the travel desk and enuring travel spend is minimized through compliance with travel policy and corporate deal agreements with Airlines.
Vet invoices and facilitate payment as specified interms of contract with travel management company.
Provide direction/documentation for securing residency visa and general immigration requirements/procedures to international assignees during the recruitment process.
Seamless travel experience for guests, expatriates and senior management staff.
