Responsibilities
Responsible for 3M Health Care Portfolios
Promoting Features, Benefits, and Advantages & Added values of 3M products to increase
the prevention of infection & improve the quality of Healthcare
Lead the team to perform their jobs accurately, efficiently and professionally
Work with the team to generate meetings with healthcare professionals in order to service
healthcare products and maintain long term business
Create effective business plans for increasing sales, Manage High Level Projects,
Generate Business Reviews and Monthly Analytical Reports with internal and supplier
management
Manage the stock levels in order to make sure it’s healthy
Arrange closely with Regional & Technical Managers Visits to enhance scientific
awareness and translate it to business
Providing Educational & scientific support, Sales leadership in all territories

Analyse market mapping & segmentation to visualize product potential & penetration rate
Perform detailed analysis & research for products to get a clear vision of its potential rate
in the market
Selling 3M products as solutions instead of stand-alone products
Guide the team with a new strategic selling techniques to get the best outcome
Shifting purchase trends of hospitals into 3M signature products to gain competitive
advantage
Analyzes and carries out market research to come up with innovative methods to generate
greater sales
Execute Indirect Marketing to drive more traffic to Hospitals
Bundling 3M portfolios to conclude long-term agreements (Dar Al Amal Project, CMC,
AUBMC…)
Setting Team Sales Targets for all divisions and support them to reach it

Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
and ensure its strong presence
Highlight objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales
representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with themand understanding their needs
Support Team with technical data and clinical attendance
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management

Supporting Team members in sales techniques & Continuous education
Supporting the team in their sales call, follow up on the on-going projects.
Meeting key physicians & provide them clinical evidence for the integration of new products
Supporting sales calls with sales representatives and providing clinical and technical
information that supports/enhances the sales presentation
Creating new ideas & strategies to have the support of more KOL
Monitors the overall impact of symposia evaluations and product usage and present a
monthly report to sales manager
Assesses customers’ resulting level of satisfaction and hunts new potential clients
(physicians/ hospitals/ Clinics) to grow the market
Monitors and/or organizes responses to maintain long-term customer relation

Completing a weekly/monthly report of activities
Development of Short Applications Training Programs for different sectors
Development of Short Theoretical Instrument Training Program
Development of Testing Strategies for Clinical Analysis, Food & Forensic Chemistry, Drug
Quality control, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Applied Toxicology and Molecular Diagnostics
Development of Certificate Programs: Food Safety Inspector, Total Quality Management
Implementation of new operation systems
Delivering Weekly Progress Report of the department
Assist in the implementation of ISO 17025 :2005 & Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)Meeting with End users to launch the department
Launch the department services through online website and social networking
Consulting services with clients regarding testing and laboratory improvement.
Market Research for new products .
Awareness by continuous visit to Doctors (Paediatric- Gynaecologist)Follow up on marketing strategy by visiting pharmacies and review their sales
