Key Responsibilities: As a Galley Planner

Menu Coordination: Orchestrate collaborative menu planning with catering partners to ensure efficient onboard preparation, storage, and service.

Galley Design: Develop optimized galley layouts to enhance spatial functionality and accommodate service items.

Inventory Oversight: Manages precise stock levels of meals, beverages, and utensils to fulfill the requirements of each flight seamlessly.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to strict aviation safety and hygiene standards in all galley operations.

Supply Chain Coordination: Facilitate efficient logistics for the expedient loading and unloading of catering supplies.

Financial Stewardship: Administer budgeting and cost control for catering operations, including supplier negotiations.

Operational Training: Conduct training sessions for crew on effective galley management and equipment handling.

Issue Resolution: Resolves operational challenges related to in-flight meal service, including equipment failures.

Galley Planning: Spearhead galley planning for the Business Class Cabin and the A380 Lounge of Emirates Airlines.

Caterer Management: Create & manage approx. 28K Galley Plans for all flights, operating aircraft, and configuration types. Creating caterer instructions, conducting briefings for up to 90 caterers and packing teams on changes. Monitor on-board feedback and address performance shortfalls
