Duties consisting of:
- Ensure all contracts documents are effective, available, up-to-date and properly stored
- Carry out a contract review, ensuring all team members are aware of the project scope and
contractual rights and obligations
- Ensure timely preparation of contractual notices
- Manage Change Orders and Claim process
- Attend weekly meetings held with Client and Subcontractors
- Verify terms and conditions of subcontracts and purchase orders
- Verify payment documentation to client and from subcontractors and main vendors
- Verify required insurance coverage and follow up of insurance claims
- Ensure the application and respect of relevant procedures in contract administration
and variation order/claims administration

The Works to be executed under this contract relate to the execution, completion and remedy of defects for the Five Hospitals project in Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Qaseem and Al Taif sites to be fully functional and fit for the purpose, these buildings are as follows:

- Ensures the elaboration of the relevant correspondence with the Consultants and/or Contractors for the technical implementation of the works;
- Checks the Engineer's Monthly Progress Reports regarding the works carried out on site;
- Over viewing all the Payments Certificates issued for the Supervision and Works Execution in accordance with Contractual Conditions
- Analyses the claims submitted by the Contractors, as well as the reports prepared by the
Engineer and elaborates proposals to solve the existing problems and tries finding the appropriate solutions to avoid these kind of situations in the future
- Attends the DAB (Dispute Adjudication Board) sessions
