• Review Licensor Technical Proposal, Basic Engineering Package document, process flow diagram, special control loop description, control narrative, instrument data sheet, cause & effect diagram, operating guideline and piping & instrument diagram for new project Sulfur Recovery Unit, Gasoline Hydrotreater & Diesel Hydrotreater Unit and Aromatic Hydrogenation Unit of Oil Refinery Plant
• Provide study BEDP scope of work of Advanced Process Control and Lab Information Management System for Olefin Project
• Prepare and generating project progress and status report on weekly and monthly basis
• Develop and review Basic Engineering Design Questionnaire consist of equipment design pressure & temperature, equipment piping design life, vessel, trays and packing, heat exchanger, air coolers, heaters, pumps, compressors, piping and instrumentation detail design requirement, basic safety and environment criteria from licensor.
• Provide study and review to determine Basic Design Data requirement consist of plant stream factor and utilities & flare.
• Provide data and review project coordination procedure, numbering procedure & symbology for PFD’s & P&ID’s.
• Collaborate with Business Development & Refinery Operational personnel to discuss and determine comprehensive Basic Engineering Design data
• Prepare the draft document Scope of Work Front End Engineering Design of new Gasoline Hydrotreater, Aromatic Hydrogenation & Sulfur Recovery Unit project

• Lead a small task force team associated with the Mining Operation and Blasting Technical on site Team to support Digitize mining operational
• Conduct study case of Digitalization impact on the mining operational after implemented on site, to analyze the improvement after digitalized mining operational
• Provide study, detail engineering design, BOM, Project Timeline for implementation of Cloud base Fragmentation analysis using image processing along with FAT, on site execution and commissioning
• Provide study, detail engineering for implementation of Cloud base historian, reporting and analysis dashboard of the blasting activity, explosive product loading activity and integrate with Fragmentation analysis in one cloudbase dashboard
• Provide troubleshooting of on site network, antenna communication, fine tuning fragmentation image processing, blasting dashboard.
• Assist and provide sharing knowledge to the Mining Operational team in using Mobile Drilling, Exlposive Product Loading & Blasting Data Logging, assist how Fragmentation Image Processing device work and how Explosive Manufacturing Truck controller work
• Setup forecast budgeting for deploying digitalization work

• Lead a small task force team and project executors team to manage and coordinate task force and project works
• Project e Provide a feasibility study to modify interlock, logic of DCS & PLC and DCS graphic modification work.
• Prepare feasibility study, detail engineering design, BOM, Project Timeline, commissioning and maintenance for project implementation Machine Learning tools for process anomaly detection on Olefin, Polymer, Butadiene, and Styrene Monomer Plant, support day to day and develop new Operating Fitness, Shutdown Rules, Operating Modes, Fault Tree Analysis, Report Customization, additional new tags and Re-group of Equipment areas, including monthly report to related plant managers.
• Prepare feasibility study, detail engineering of Asset Performance Management System Package Implementation Projects Olefin, Polymer, and Styrene Monomer Plant.
• Prepare feasibility study, detail engineering design, BOM, project timeline, plant pre-test, plant step test, conduct PID Tuning, model review, SAT & commissioning of new implementation APC and Develop & implement new additional controller Advance Process Control system for Ethylene, Styrene Monomer & Ethylbenzene plant train 1 & 2.
• Provide feasibility study, detail engineering design, BOM, Project Timeline, FAT, commissioning & SAT for DCS system upgrade project.
• Provide feasibility study, detail engineering design, BOM, Project Timeline for new implementation of Mobile Workforce Technology for implementation on Olefin, Polymer, and Styrene Monomer operational teams and maintenance as well.
• Prepare feasibility study, detail engineering design, BOM, Project Timeline for project implementation Artificial Intelligence on Ethylene Cracker Furnace Optimizer Ethylene Plant.
• Coordinate, develop, implementing & integrating cyber security to OT system (DCS, APC & PI System)
• Analyze day to day APC & Process Optimization & monthly performance, support Production team to Troubleshoot process and instrument issues and reporting APC monthly performance to related plant managers.
• Conduct OPC integration to several third party system, troubleshooting and installation on Chandra Asri.
• Conduct OSIsoft PI system assistance to user.
• Conduct & Study Safety Analysis with Method Hazard Operability (HAZOP) and Why-Why Analysis.
• Prepare & Generate SOP, HIRADC, Job Hazard Analysis, Critical Job Hazard Analysis, Permit to Work, PSSR, JSA, energy & mass balance, energy benefit and controller optimization benefit.
• Establish & evaluate project planning & schedule and prepare abnormality & forecasting report
• Provide study, project execution of CAMS implementation (Consolidated Alarm Management System), visualize alarm big data using Power BI and reporting to related plant managers.
• Assist to monitor & troubleshoot APC System on Polypropylene & LLDPE Plant and Supervisory Control System of HDPE Plant.
• Trainer & conduct continuous workshop of Advance Process Control Aspentech DMCplus for internal.
• Conduct continuous workshop to Chandra Asri User for Workshop Process Anomaly Detection using Machine Learning.

- Provide a study to modify interlock and logic of DCS & PLC

- Study for new implementation of project machine learning system as a anomaly detection on process, which will be implement on Olefin Plant

- Conduct study for new implementation of project Mobile Workforce for Olefin Plant

- Assist to monitor & troubleshoot APC System on Polypropylene & LLDPE Plant

• Project execution FAT, SAT, start-up & commissioning of gas & liquid analyzer instrument, DCS, field instrumentation & Metering Projects on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water Treatment, Food & Beverages and Manufacturing plant
• Perform troubleshooting & maintenance, calibration & validation of gas & liquid analyzer instrument.
• Assist sales marketing & engineering to Perform site survey visit & engineering design.
• Assist start-up & maintenance DCS & Field Instrumentation Device.
• Conduct technical training & workshop for internal & costumers.
